Bette Ross

Bette Ross was a lifelong artist.  Born and based in Utica, New York for most of her life, she was a multi-faceted artist, working in jewelry design, stone sculpting, and painting.  Though she never achieved commercial success or critical recognition, she was a highly-skilled watercolorist with a deft touch.
