This beautiful stone lithograph, printed in green, blue, pink, yellow, lavender, and peach ink on German etching paper, was published by the Collector’s Press Lithography Workshop in San Francisco in about 1967, shortly after Ernest de Soto started the press (which closed in 1972 when de Soto partnered with José Luis Cuevas to start Edition’s Press). De Soto would go on to found his own workshop, the de Soto Workshop, which specialized in contemporary Latin American and American lithographs and other fine prints by leading Latin American and American artists. Custom framed behind 99% UV-blocking art glass using strictly conservation-grade materials.
