Jackie Battenfield is an artist known for her luminously colored paintings and prints of natural forces. Her works explore her fascination with the most abstract qualities of landscape – storms, clouds, brushfires, and water ripples.
The Artist described this series as “monoprints over a variety of decorative Asian papers, such as Chiri, Gold Sonoma, etc. [Some] are collaged onto handmade paper, some of which were made by Dieu Donne and others by Twinrocker.”
